Cream Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Cream Corn
  • 1 Can Sweet Corn
  • 1 Box Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 Stick Butter, melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 8 oz Sour Cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8x8 casserole dish or round dish  with wrapper of butter or cooking spray.
  • Place unwrapped stick of butter in microwave safe dish, and microwave until melted, usually about a minute.
  • Pour all ingredients in casserole dish, and stir. Bake in oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a fork poked in the middle comes out clean.
